Default Switch mounts

So I'm wanting to install some fog lights down the road but I'm looking and I'm not to sure where to mount switches. I want them to be easily accessible while driving. Any one made any custom mounts? Or did you just place them in the dash somewhere? If you got any ideas or pictures that would be great thanks

The easiest would be to put them in the panel around the steering column. It pops off easily and there's nothing behind it to get in the way

I made a custom panel that mounts between my E-brake and hood latch because I didn't want to drill my dash

I agree. The easiest spot is the piece around the steering column. I put some there and some under the headlight switch

Found a better pic

I have been wanting to do the same thing, but I was thinking of doing it in the overhead console in one of the flip down compartments...has anyone done this? How about getting the wiring thru the headliner?
