Well, only had time to wash down the bezel and give it a good scrubbing. Now I'll have to wait till Saturday or Sunday to do it.
02 That's medium graphite isn't it?

I need to get a replacement radio surround for mine, the idiot who took it out last broke airbag screw holes off instead of unscrewing them, so it sits back in the dash unusable. Very good color match to me on yours though, just wish we could put back the lettering on the right around the airbag switch. I can find the tan/saddle colored ones around here all day long, but not the medium graphite, and I'm trying to put this thing back to as close to stock as I can (it's a '98 Nascar edition, trying to get it fixed back like it came off the line).

Looks awesome man. Would be cool if you could have the words for the airbag disable switch put back on though. It would be cool if you could get a template for the words that you could stick onto the bezel and take white paint and a paint brush and paint it back on

I'm going to clean up this whole post real quick. Was on break when I posted it and was typing against the clock. haha
The paint on the radio bezel came out perfect and I mean perfect. I will never doubt the quality of SEM paints. I have no doubts that this paint will last for years to come. As far as the color match goes, it matches perfectly with a brand new dark graphite power point cover door I bought from ford a week earlier. The bezel and the power point door do not however match the rest of the trucks plastics "perfectly", because the rest of the trucks interior is 16 years old. However it is so close, it doesn't bother me at all. Keep in mind I am extremely picky when it comes to my truck, no short cuts are taken. I imagine the bezel and door will look like the rest of the plastic does now 16 years from now. haha I would definitely recommend late model restorations SEM paint to anyone with a dark graphite interior. As far as the white letters go, I agree, it would've been nice to keep them. Or have some other way to stamp or copy them on there for a more oem look, but I know what's on and off on there, so it doesn't really bother me. Also thanks for the compliments. I think it turned out great!

This is what mine looks like after painting every piece of plastic I could get off except for the one on the driver side rear. In bright sunlight you can't tell the difference between the original and the painted pieces. I went with a contrasting "bluebird brown" for the darker shades.

You should look for an OEM leather wrapped one. They're so much better. And if you do find it get it with the horn cover. That way they both would match from factory. Or if you want you could get the leather rewrapped to the same color theme you've got going and then paint the horn cover. Wouldn't look that bad actually.
