I'm sitting in my truck with it off and with the light switch all the way off, and every thirty or so seconds the interior lights come on and then they go off, and when I was driving earlier today the door kept locking over and over again, what's going on?

 

Faulty door ajar switch perhaps? Check the rubber boot between the door and the cab for damaged wires also.

 

GEM issues? Have a recent rain and a leaky windshield? Both power locks and interior lights are controlled by that module.

 

I have no leaky windshield, but it has been acting up when it rains, I'll have to check the rubber boot, but if that's the issue what do I do to address it? Just try to rewire it? I'm also chasing a leak in my truck bed topper, any advice with that? But it was fine after the rain dried and then it started raining again last night and my doors were locked when I came out
