Default Ignition problem...stumped!

Ok here's the story...I replaced my intake manifold about a week ago because of leaking coolant between manifold and crossover. And ever since then I have had a cylinder 8 misfire. I replaced the ignition coil and it seemed to fix it...but for a while it was missing when it was cold, then it stopped when it warmed up. But now it's missing all the time. I took it out today, ohmed out the primary and got .60 and 5125 ohms secondary. This is a little out of spec, but I'm not sure if it's too much out of wack. I have two codes now...P0358 and P0308... Misfire and primary secondary circuit malfunction. Could some issue with the intake manifold have something to do with it? Help

Did you check the plug? The wiring to the coil? It might have been damaged when working on the manifold.

Yes sir, I checked the plug, it was fine, but I replaced it anyway, the coil wires are fine, I tested them. I have a solid positive on one side and a blinking negative on the other while engine is running

Ok I found the problem...I received a "p0174" code yesterday...which scared me because I thought I had a leak in the intake manifold somewhere but it's a "lean" code...so I pulled the plug, there was no gas on it...so I pulled the injector and ohmed it out and it was bad. New injector and was all set! Thanks for your help anyway!
