My neighbor came over after a few hours of watching me mess with the timing. He power timed it and now it runs pretty nice. There is a small amount of lag when u first hit it but itís picks up and goes in about a second. He said to mess with the Excelerator pump and that will smoth out a bit but its not gonna be perfect cause its not fuel injection. Also started sorting all the wires to figure out what harness im gonna need. It not in to bad a shape.

if its tuned right there should be no lag, when the engine is cold it won't run real great but when its warm it should be smooth with no lag
