I need your input
I just pulled out the dealership after an oil change/supposed rotation and cruise control recall. I told them not to touch the wheels because I need 2 new in the front and needed those before any rotation should be done. At 4pm today I leave the dealership and my right rear tire decided to pass me up down the street. I figure they were gonna do the rotation saw the paperwork and forgot to tighten the 4 up. Only one hanging was the lock which sheared off. Don't know what to expect or what to tell them.

Tell them they need to cover the cost of repairs.

That happened to my mom's Suburban a few years ago after a rotation at Les Schwab. They ended up paying for the tow truck and all repairs. Good luck, sorry you had to experience that, but hopefully they will comply and cover all the costs.

Sorry to hear about your trouble, but the good thing is you weren't hurt and no one else. I believe I would give them an ear full and ask them how they plan on fixing the problem they created. Good luck to you. The same thing happened to a friend of mine's wife and the tires were about shot. It was a tire place not a Ford place. They ended up selling her a new set of tires for really cheap!
