Did you installed the Crankcase tube on intake?
If the Engine is new what's the problem? Bad idle? Disconnecting the MAF Sensor will disable air metering so it will ignore the vacuum leaks.

If I completely cover throttle body with hand truck says running bad or if I turn it off will start with throttle body covered. A few guys say it will still run off egr or somewhere else and some say it should kill the motor. Is this a vacuum leak? Should it still run or die? Does the motor need a ground strap? I don't remember guy putting one back on. When I pull off any vacuum line no change in running or if I remove vacuum from brake booster no air noise.
I'm completely lost!!!!

I can't make out what you said after that, for awhile anyway...do you really talk like that?

The Engine Ground is huge ground cable connected @ the Starter housing.
Don't remove the intake from the throttle body. Just Disconnect the MAF Sensor wiring harness.
When MAF Sensor is metering device that measures how much air is going to the engine. A small amount of leak will cause a bad idle. If the MAF Sensor is disconnected the PCM will have no idea how much air is going in the Engine. so instead of using the MAF Sensor the PCM will use the Throttle Position Sensor and RPM run the engine. When the engine is running, finding vacuum leak will make a lot more easier.
