What's the best way to pop it up, just take a flathead screwdriver??

Na, just put your fingers underneath it and lightly pull up, just pops off...

I just bought a 99 single cab f150 lariat and I need to know how to run the antenna wire from the cab of the truck to the bed of the truck to connect to the mount where my whip is

Is the CB a big thing still? It's been over 20 years since I've had one.
