could you put these wheels on, if you can, they are 16's i got 17's on now, could you make one flat black, and paint the gas cap black too? Thanks. i can get a good deal on them $120 for the set.

thank you. i might just keep them chorme, i kinda like them. but they would look diff, it was cloudy when i took the pic.
