I'm 40. I've had a few F150's over the years as well as other vehicles but most have been "beaters with a heater". The wife always had nice cars. Anyways I decided last year I was going to buy myself a "nice truck". After looking at different trucks for about 3 months, I decided on a 97-03 F150 scab or screw. Found a 97 scab in great condition back in Feburary and jumped on it. Love the truck. I have no real need for a V8, 4X4 or even a full size pickup but, who cares, I love my truck. Now I just need to "make it my own" little by little.

I'm 64 and this is my truck. This truck is used for my business and I normally take a car if I am going somewhere with my wife. I keep the truck running great (something I learned with the Army in Vietnam) because I need to have it running great at all times. Don't currently see a need for a new truck at about $35 K.
