Default How much lift from an add a leaf kit?

How much do the add a leaf kits raise the rear end? I'm looking for a two inch lift, and if these kill two birds with one stone I'm definitely game...and what would be recommended to get the front to match up? Not sure about a tbar lift, and I got the crown brake lines with the 2" lift option.

Plotting for the future, so I'll likely be upgrading shocks and replacing the worn steering components at the same time along with rims and tires.

Should I pull the trigger on installing the bushwackers early and just deal with the stock rims being buried in there?

Personally I would just get a new set of 7700 springs. The add a leaf is also ablot of work to install on springs that have probably already lost some spring to them.

Will the 7700's bolt into a 98 reg cab long bed 4wd? And how much can I expect them to lift the rear?
