As of today (3/3/2014), 343,400 miles.

Ford replaced the torque converter under warranty in 2003 at 50,000 miles,
otherwise the transmission is original, never been touched by a mechanic.
New timing chains installed (by dealer) at 240,000 miles.
Replaced the original alternator at 275,000 miles.
Still using ORIGINAL water pump.
Uses around 1/2 quart of oil between changes (began using Synthetic at 90,000 miles), changed every 5000 miles.
Just installed the Ford Racing SVT lowering kit (M3000L), handles much better!

Truck now has 355,000 miles.

Still using original transmission, water pump and coils.

Recently had the right rear axle replaced because of bearing failure.
I also replaced the U-joints, but the old ones still looked ok...
