How many miles does your 1997-2003 have on it?

My 2002 Lariat supercrew had 286,000+ and was going strong - until my wife fell asleep at the wheel in Nov of last year and ran it into the corner post of our neighbors gate. it was a 4" diameter pipe that had 4' in concrete. She wasn't hurt, but the truck was mangled. I briefly thought about trying to fix it, but the damage was too extensive. I was pretty disappointed, because I fully expected to get at least another 100k miles out of it - it literally had zero problems and apart from wear on the drivers seat, was in really good condition.
I ended up selling that truck to a guy that owned a salvage yard for $1200.
I got a new(er) truck out of the deal, so it's all good. The new one is a 2004 f150 4x4 Lariat supercrew with only 110k miles.
My wife is not allowed to drive it.

The 5.4 motor had never given me any issues. No leaks, no breakages, nothing. Sure it had some ticking/tapping in the valve train when you'd first start up, but it was still my daily driver and I was getting 15-16mpg out of it - better than my (new) 2004 with 1/3 the miles.

02 f150xlt 4.2 = 195K. I am going to replace the IAC and PCV this week, possibly the TPS. Rear seal is leaking a little but not enough to be worried about yet. I probably need shocks and I did not replace the rear 02 sensors when I did the front. My son will be driving this truck come this summer and to tell the truth I wish I could find him something else because I miss it already!
