How-To install Electric Fans
#81
Ok dumb question. Please be kind lol. Would it hurt anything other than the obvious, hooking the fans up on a switch? Hooking both high and low speed fans together, then through a in line fuse, then switch then battery? I only ask because I can't think of anything it would hurt, other than forgetting to turn them on
The Painless kit also has an Override ON and an Override Off Toggle switch. Off/Normal/On

It does but since my HVAC is still leaking and cycles quickly I disconnected it from the compressor and attached it to one of the AC/Defrost trigger wires. With the Big Ford fans drawing all those amps my Alternator hated it and my Idles paid the price even time they kicked on and off.

You guys should be able to find a couple of ignition wires behind the fuse box under the hood. The ignition wires come out of the 2nd hole in the fire wall. (The middle one).
You can use Blue/Green (Ignition #1), Grey/Yellow (Ignition #2), Red/Black (Ignition #3). All only have power when in the run position.
