You can't make it louder if you still want to pass emmisions testing. You could however, keep your exhaust stock, pass then take all that crap off (your 4 cats and mufflers) and then just put it on again right before you go back for your next year's emmisions testing.

I'd get a flange welded on before the muffler, and a turndown on another flange. That way you can bolt the muffler on to pass emissions, then you can remove it, and bolt up the turndown which will give you a cat-back straight pipe until your next emissions test rolls around.

If you aren't in the country where you'll anyone other than yourself, I hope you can afford the ticket's because they certainly soon will cost you more than any silly loud exhaust ideas!!
