OK so I reset the computer put a new fuse in and the horn won't shut off. So I switched a good relay into the horn relay put the fuse in and still won't turn off. The only thing I did different was I was monitoring my ect with my superchip flashpaq and I had it plugged into the obd for like 2 or 3 days. And had plugged my block heater in.

to be sure, ide probly put this fuse in, and hit the steering wheel to see if the problem is the spring, if it is then youll punch the horn and it wont go down or back up. itll feel tense.
