Has anyone had any experience in changing out the four cats under your truck and replacing them with four hi flows? If so has it made any difference in sound or performance. Id like to change all them out for hi flows and not have to risk the chance of messing up the engine light by removing the back two

i just redid my whole exhaust a few days ago and got rid of all 4 cats and put in 2 magnaflow hi flow cats and a flowmaster muffler and it sounds real good not too loud, just right for my liking and no cel lights either

Ya i have magnaflow high flows on, part number 94106, as long as the o2 sensors are left in the same location before the cats you wont have any problems

Did you notice any change in sound? Louder at all?

ya good amount louder, more of a throaty sound. sounds much better than the stock cats

my 98 had 4 and i took all 4 out and holowed them out and back up with a flowmaster and made a power increase that u notice and sounds awsome.
