If you do a coolant flush and turn the heater on it will flush the whole system. If you already changed the thermostat it's one of two thing. 1 . Air in the coolant system, pop the coolant cap off and let the truck idle and you will see bubbles come up. 2. Broken blend door/actuator. These systems are not to complex.
