Sounds to me like your thermostat is stuck open, not allowing the water to stay in the engine long enough to heat up before it gets sent to the radiator to cool back down.

Yep if its still staying full then either yout thermostat is stuck open or you have a problem with your heater core. Start with a stock temp. Thermostat. They are $13.00 and the gasket is $1.50

The engine oil temperature gauge on the dash eill take FOREVER to move. Either way ots an easy fix. Worst case scenario is you have a clean new thermostat. Woo hoo.

If t-stat is stuck open, the water in the engine block will circulate thru the radiator before it's had a chance to get hot. If it's working correctly the upper hose will be cool at first then get hot. Feel the heater hoses, they should be hot also. If only one is hot the the heater core may be clogged.

Ok so I put a new t stat burped it and when I burped it there was no pressure on the tank the first time but it was low. So I filled it up and drove the **** out if it again. And stopped to burp it and still no pressure but was a lil low so added more. Outside running to see if the heater stays warm
