If you have a Jo-Ann's fabric store near you, they either have it or can get it.
You can stick it down with some 3M 77 Spray Adhesive.
EDIT: Or, 3M makes a headliner specific glue, but the 77 stuff works great.

I used the original headliner material since it cleaned up well with steam cleaner. Well, a steam cleaner attachment anyway. Used 3M adhesive to stick it back together.
Had to pull it down and repair on saw horses. Thought the material shrunk after cleaning, but by the time I spread it back over the fiberglass insert with plastic spreaders , it went back on nice and tight.
Trial and error thing that turned out surprisingly well first time around. Otherwise, I was going to use camo fabric lol.

Good to know. Not sure how expensive the foam headliner material is but it is good to re-use if its possible.
Did you have to scrape off the foam material left on the backing of the headliner?

Mine looked like more of fiberglass, perhaps it wasn't. The material lost it's adhesion, the front iduno, 6 - 8" or so. It fell down. There wasn't any residual glue to contend with on the foam or material. I mixed solution white distilled vinegar and distilled water, parted 50/50, for clean and prep. Same mix you use for cleaning LCD's and comp monitors with the exception of hot blast and extract. The steam cleaner also prevented saturation and down time. A light coat of 3M on both surfaces, matted surfaces, used a spreader to fully attach in place. Once in place, I used a small staple to keep it there. Just at the very end and out of site. I thought about just leaving the staples in, but pulled them before install. Really did need them once cured, plus they were steal....rust lol.

It was like $12 a foot. I wouldnt reuse it. I pulled the old one off and used a wire wheel drill attachment. Took a couple minutes to clean the headliner pan.

They have gray, tan, and black at JoAnns. I wouldn't use their glue though... use 3M like we mentioned above.

Right, use new fabric, this way you won't have to clean the old stuff. I was just fortunate mine came out looking like new. Went for the quick fix lol.
If your thinking about adding something in, like say, a console or you decide to do the visors, the extra fabric might come in handy.
Wish there was a quick fix for the seats....not.
