How long does it take for PHP to make a custom tune and get it back? And how much is it per tune? Thanks guys.

Depends how soon you get your HEX code to them, how soon you set up an account with Fusion/Pegasus, and how many other orders are in front of you. It's $60 per tune. Call them up if you want to get a better idea on the time. It's usually anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.

Where can I find my HEX code? Information in my programmer? And do you have to set up an account?

You get your HEX code when you get your programmer and plug it into the OBD II port. Then you email this code in and they can write the custom tune for your HEX code and mods. You have to set up an account to download the tunes, and setting it up when you get the programmer helps them get your tunes to you more quickly.
