Default Hard to move driver wheel

Today I was changing shocks on my 2003 ford f150 4x4 and I finished tightening the lug nuts down and went to rotate the wheel and it's easy to move in one spot then stops and I have to force it to continue rotating. It drives normally though, would it be a warped rotor? Or something with the front diff? Like the front diff is not disengaged all the way? Any help is greatly appreciated

My guessing it could me a number of things. As far as the rotor, when you apply the breaks to you feel the truck pulsating? I don't know, but it may be something in the diff or a wheel bearing. When turning does the front end make clicking noises? I would jack the whole front end of the truck up and rotate the tire while looking at the components to see what is rubbing.

It almost feels like it's not fully disengaged from 4wd

jack the other side up, does it do the same thing? When braking does the truck stop smoothly or do you get pulsating? If there is no pulsating I think it is a bearing.

The other side spins freely. So you think it's a hub bearing going out?

I would say it is a wheel bearing with my limited knowledge, yes. If you feel comfortable I would do this to confirm the bearing is bad before replacing it.
