Hard hard hard hard to cold start.. Why??
Hey everyone this has been an ongoing problem for a while now.. today was minus 10 and the truck rolled over about 30 times before starting.. (rolled over 10 times, gave the starter a break, did that 2 more times before it finally started.. When it did, it ran great! I want to put new plugs in, but that's a last resort. Fuel filter maybe? Any input is appreciated! Oh, and its a 99 4.6 litre

Note: only have this issue when the trucks been sitting longer then 24 hrs and the temperature is below 0.. If it was the fuel pressure regulator, it would be hard to start all the time.. right?

Uhhh..... the code readers for a 2018 will work clear back to 1996, so anything in this particular forum (97-03/04H). Did you post in the wrong section?
