Default H-D supercharger

Need some help from those who know, you know who you are. I know a guy with the top half of an h-d supercharged engine, manifold up, and says all I would need to install it on my 5.4 is a new maf and injectors. My question is does this sound right or what else would I need.

Full intake(air box) heat exchanger, IC pump, IC reservoir, fuel pumps, about $400-500 with of gauges and equipment, throttle/cruise control cables
Edit: lower crank pulley, new water pump or spacer

Pardon my ignorance but what is the ic pump and res. what gauges need to be bought? I have an sct programmer to have the computer reflashed and what do you mean by fuel pumps? I thought I read in one of the engine build threads about upgrading the fuel pump on a blower install. What would you think the value of the parts I am looking at would be ( manifold , super charger, pullys, throttle body) the guy has the full hd interior to sell also, but I'm just interested in the engine upgrade. I'm not looking for big power just the stock set up running low boost. I would like a decent amount of power but want to retain reliability.

Intercooler pump and intercooler coolant tank

It's nice to generally three gauges. Air to fuel
Intake air temp (some don't, I would), and boost gauge, [not sure, forgot fuel pressure]
There are several fuel options
I think (check on the number) but the walbro255-342s is pretty widely used. I would offer $1000 for all that and maybe go to $1200

I paid $600 for this
Lower intake, midplate, intercooler, supercharger, plenum, accufab throttle body, injectors, fuel rail, IAt, pulley bridge, alt bracket, upper rad hose, pan hose, throttle cable bracket

Jferg, do you have this set up installed on your truck yet or is it a project in the works.

Sorry, it's a work in progress. I have about $917 in swap parts so far. Still need gauges, alternator, fuel pump, throttle cable, IAt extension, waterpump or spacer, and a homemade vac system, and all the bolts

Shop around, used deals can be found with a little patience

And $377 got me a 90mm maf, elbow, open element filter, 4# lower pulley (w/ bolts and belt), IC pump, IC hard lines, cc cable, pcv tubes, waterpump crossover tube, heat exchanger, and a few other things I can't remember off the top of my head.
