I was thinking of doing the GOTTS MODS on my truck. Whats the pros and cons of the mod? Will it help with mpg at all? I got a 03 5.4 fx4 so i need all the help i can get!

I finally did the Gotts mod a couple months back. I feel a bit better throttle response but the tranny doesnt seem to like the hard downshifts, which it never did to begin with. U wont be dissapointed if u keep realistic expectations. To help with a noticable "seat of the pants" improvement = I changed the air filter and did the full throttle calibration also. I was happy

Anyone have or know of issues getting hydrolocked motor after doing gotts and playing in mud/water? Had a buddy hydrolock his 4.6 after installing a CAI
