Default Got some my goodies in, but a problem?

Here is all what has come in gears and install kits, headers, throttle body, keys and bolts. but the the front gears have nicks and on the ring gear!! is this bad? should i send them back they really arnt deep or anything but you can see them!

Well the pinion gear actually never touches the id or OD of the ring gear. The contact surface for where both gears meet is in the center. So it shouldn't be a problem. But you could always call and see if they will swap um out. I wouldn't be happy if I got something new and it had chips in it.
