Default Getting New Rims...few Questions first

I've got it done to two rims, Mickey Thompson Classic II and Vision Warrior 375. My question is, the Mickey T's are 16x10 and I plan on getting 285s (have 265s right now) and was wondering if they would fit and if i would have to worry about any rubbing or such. The 375s ares are 16x8 and will fit no problem but I want the tires to stick out past the fenders a little bit so i was wondering if I would have to get the 16x10s instead

Thanks

left- Mickey Thompsons
right- Vision Warrior 375
(maybe somebody could do a photoshop)

It's not the width of the rims or the tires you're looking for (necessarily), rather it's the offset you'd much rather be concerned about. That will dictate how far they stick out.

Ok the Mickey THompsons have a 4.5 in backspacing and -27mm offset, will that work without rubbing if I didn't lift my truck any?
