I know this has been discussed before but can't find the problem. 1998 150 with V8 and auto transmission. None of the gauges including the tach work. also the 4 wheel drive doesn't operate and no indicator lights. The 4 wheel indicator lights flash on when I first turn the key on. Check the fuses several times all ok. changed the GEM module with one I know is good and still don't work. Also changed out the fuse block. Starts and runs fine. Had been sitting for several months before I got it.

I think I'd consider a different cluster.
