Out trucks and most newer vehicles have hardly at grease fittings unless its a heavy duty truck, our trucks have only 2 grease fittings in the front end factory, 1 is in the pitman arm and I don't Remember the other

Oh ok, good to know. I'll have to check out the ball joints. I'm sure I can handle it myself, I need new shocks too so I'll try and take care of it all at once. I would think it wouldn't hurt to have an alignment done afterwards.

Doing the uppers is pretty easy cause u replace the entire control arm but doing the lowers is a little harder cause u have to press them out and they can be in there like a bitch, if u don't have something to press them out or the proper tools it could be a real bear but can't hurt to try, and doing the ball joints won't affect the alignment but it wouldn't hurt to get one ur right
