Front End Grinding on Passenger Side Only

Front End Grinding on Passenger Side Only
I have a 2001 Ford F150 7700 and I noticed grinding when driving tonight.
The brakes were done including pads, calipers and rotors in November 2017 and the ball bearings on the front were replaced in September 2017.
I also had an alignment done in November, but it veers to the right when I drive and wants to veer to the left when I stop now.
It sounds like the passenger front side of the vehicle is settling when parked and when driving, it makes a grinding sound, but the brakes feel fine.
Anybody have an idea what this could be?

With it veering the way it is you need to have the front end checked for safety reasons.

Since it is pulling to the left when braking, it sounds like you might have a stuck caliper on the passenger side front end causing the pads to be in constant contact with the rotor. This might also be causing the grinding sound, but could be the bearings in the rotor if they weren't packed right or are going bad.
I'd suggest you check the passenger side caliper and see if the pistons are stuck out compared to the driver side. If so yoully probably want to replace it. You can get them pretty cheap on rockauto.

One possibility is your passenger side is stuck (closed) rubbing causing your truck to pull right when driving and when you hit the brakes it isn't moving and therefore all your stopping power is coming from the driver side and yanking you back to the left... just a thought.
Check your brakes on both sides since you've had a brake job recently.

You didn't say, but did you replace those front brake hoses? they can be a real pain in the butt.
