with mine there were some snap things on the valence..but i don't remember if those were blocking the bolts, anyway there's only four bolts it's pretty easy.

Get under it and look. There's the plastic snaps you need to pull out. Then you will see 4 bolts on each side attached to the bracket. But actually there is 2 bolts on each side that I believe pull the whole bracket off. When I took mine off I did the 4 bolts on each side, but I was told just take the 2 out on each side and it comes off. It's not hard, but time consuming.

So you replaced your lower valance with 1 that has the holes for fog lights? How much did it cost?

Damn. My front bumper is jacked... Top plastic panel is F-ed. The plastic brackets are broken off so it sits weird. Chrome bumper part was jacked, but was able to press it out some. Lower fog light valance has a crack, no biggie. But I have a 3 finger gap on each side. I want to just replace the whole thing, but I only see the chrome bumper piece for like $240. That's not the top plastic piece or valance...! My bracket might be bent, if I bend it back it might fit up better..
