front bumper for 2002 xl crome/plastic complete

I live in Los Angeles area and having trouble finding a front bumper for my f150 xl . Looking for a bumper complete for 200 dollars.:help: Any suggestions where to look? Thanks.. Also need to find how to remove damaged bumper.
