Default Front brake caliper retainer clip

Hey guys. Can someone give me a hint on how to remove the retainer clip needed to remove the front caliper and replace the brake pads?

Thank you!

These truck have 2 1/2" bolts that hold the calipers on.

I recently replaced my pads, and I don't recall a clip holding the caliper on? There are 2 bolts holding the caliper to the caliper carrier. If I remember correctly, a little rotational force is needed to pull it off because of the way the pads ride on the carrier. There are some hardware clips that fit on the carrier for the pads to ride on, and some clips that hold the pads in the caliper. But wiggleing the bottom of the caliper while lifting pulled my right off.
