Default FOX 2.0 Adventure or Performance series shocks?

I know several guys on here have the Fox 2.0 shocks. Do you guys have the performance series or the adventure series? I am wanting to get a set for my truck but just learned that there are the two types. Is there any major benefit from going to the performance series over the adventures? I actually can’t find the front struts in the adventure series for the 0-2” lift which is where I am at. I’d like an all round shock that’s good on and off road but my off road use won’t be the majority nor will it be anything major If that makes a difference. Thanks.

I have the performance series 2.0's and love them. Best shock I've ever owned. They are pricey but you get quality

I dont see fox website offerring anything but performance 2.0 for the f150.

mine are noticeably firmer than stock. I dint notice it now, but really did at first. Honestly, i dont think they are worth it for on road use.

kinda surprised to hear. I always hear that these are good on road as well as off road. I appreciate the input. Anyone else have any reviews?

There's only 1 series of 2.0 Fox shocks AFAIK. Only 1 way to experience how good they are... pre-load at factory settings on the front end. Otherwise, why use shocks at all lol. The chuck holes get bad in this state through the winter, these units can take a beating. Cornering or a twisty on ramps in much more controllable...you don't get that hard lean so much. A great shock if you need them and have the front end set up to take advantage. Handles the larger tire set ups without the need for a stabilizer.

Other than that, they are the best looking units on these trucks IMO....the thickest made for OEM, broader dampening margins which improves overall ride for DD's. In other words, they work well when you don't require the durability. Good investment if your picky about your ride.

So just checked out 4wheelparts and I do see 3 sets of fox 2.0 shocks. However it sounds like most go with the performance series over adventure.
