Default Found a New Truck

Finally found a replacement for my 2000 F150 that had a tragic end to its life upsidedown in a ditch. Anyway heres my 97. I picked up a couple days ago.
Now Heres the other truck that died it got me 450 in scrap money towards this one which was 2500 and is mostly solid.
Plans for the new one black lightning headlights smoked tail lights and raptor grille lights.

I was actually wondering if you saved the wheels for your new truck. Its a shame it got totaled, was a nice looking truck. New one is nice too, sucks that you cant clean her up with all that snow. Seems like whenever i get anything new the weather always sucks

The new one looks good. After you get done moving those salvaged parts over from your XLT, and cleaning it up the new one, I think you will have upgraded from the old truck in a few ways.
New one have the 5.4?

4.6 in both, actually the new one is an xlt also if only i could get the radio to swap over they have different connectors so instead of listening to my music on my phone with the AUX cassette i have to listen to radio cuz the new trucks tape player spits the tape out... the 17s with mickey thompsons are going on it 16s will be winter weight and summer tread. 1 other complaint according to my brother and friend when im going 45 in it its actually going 55...

Did you leave the engine in your old truck? And yes the 97s have the 96 down plug in on the radio.

I would have taken that bed and most of the interior off of your hands.

The old engine got locked with oil the bed was rotten and the fiberglass sides got splintered and the tailgate got damaged. Interior was covered in my and my friends' blood.

Man that sounds pretty rough. Hope everyone was ok. What exactly happened to your old truck?
