If you turn the blower upside down and move the shaft on the bypass it should be able to fully open and close.whether it's plunging up our down shouldn't matter right now because as soon as the truck starts running the vacuum will move the plunger where it needs to be.

Can I use my TPS from the factory intake? Is there a difference in the reading between the two? As you can see I didnt get the lightning TPS.

Looking great so do you not need to change valves or any internal parts for this swap???

No as long as you dont up the boost and get crazy, the stock internals will hold. I added a two pound lower so I am hoping for about 9.25-9.5lbs of boost? We'll see. The only other performance mods I have is the k&n so I will be pretty safe, I didnt go for max power on my tune, I went for reliability, so I can run 91 or better octane. I am not expecting huge numbers,....stay tuned!

Stock internals should hold just fine since he's not getting crazy and trying to push it hard.. But even bone stock lightnings have been known to throw a rod with no mods. But u should be fine. Glad to see it coming along, keep us posted..
