Default Zone lift at 189k miles??

You guys think it'd be worth it to put the zone 6" on my truck when it's reaching 200k. Truck is finally running great, really wanting to lift it now. Thanks

If you plan on keeping the truck for a very long time go for it. But if you are going to get rid of the truck in a year or two I wouldn't waste the time and money on it. You are probably better off saving the money for if and when you start to have some mechanical issues. It may be running fine now but at 200k the wear and tear will inevitably lead to some issues

I'd have extra money set aside for a transmission rebuild and rear end with that type of mileage just as a precaution.

Yeah I think the better plan would be a body lift..

If you do a body lift just make sure you do it right, get the gap guards ( or make some ) and the bumper brackets

No it's not worth putting a lift on. You will never get that money back if you sell it and or it kicks the bucket

No it probably wouldn't be smart putting that much money into something with those miles on it but lifting a new truck isn't a smart financial decision either. Personally I would save that money for a repair or invest it so when it comes time to buy a new truck the money will be there.

I put my zone lift on at 190k miles and I haven't had a single issue. Just depends on the condition of the truck. My truck is now about to hit 215k an still haven't had a problem. But as stated before if you plan on selling the truck soon it would be a waste.
