Thats strange. Fuel pressure seems about normal. Perhaps a vacuum leak, maybe there is some unmetered air is getting past the sensors causing the truck to act up. Or, maybe the plugs are fouling up. But based on wideband readings above that shouldn't be the issue...

Ive heard these trucks run like crap if the i/c system is plumbed incorrectly or the pump is off. Might be something worth checking out.

Does the truck do better on cold starts and struggle to run when starting up at operating temperature?

Sorry i can't pinpoint your issue, your pretty far ahead of me. If you have a chance would ya take a video of your vac setup? It would help me tremendously as i have a dyno tune tomorrow. Could also help others troubleshoot your current issues too.

Look for an air leak after the MAF.

Update: Time to do A WOT datalog session, truck is almost done...I know, I know, videos, let me get it tuned all the way and I will rip some $%#* for you guys

I have been driving her evrywhere and it runs very well, now on to the crazy time rpm's!,..which hopefully won't be that often...damn it yes it will be..love that sound haha

Got it all done, I am very sorry but I dont have anyone to take video haha, someday I will try. I have friends coming over saturday so maybe then.

But how does 410hp 520tq sound?

No, I asked the tuner for a rough guess. I thought the tq was high, I figured the hp was about right. Obviously this is crank hp..

That still seems a little high for crank HP, if its just a stock 5.4 with the lightning blower. Cause a lightning is only 350.
