you don't have the option of them being on when you want them to be?
Correct. By splicing them into the parking lights, the parking lights power the fogs instead of them being on their own switch

lol drain it, replace the bulb and put weather sealant around the outside

wait yours used to turn off when you had parking lights? mine stay on for everything but hi beams

Yeah, the only way I could have my fogs on was have the **** turned to headlights then pull it out to engage the fogs

I took the face plate off the switch to cut the clear "ring". I used a drimel to do the work, only took 5 min to cut heat tabs and cut the ring. I then Gorilla Clued, clamped and let sit over night the face plate. It is now tight as factory! I also spliced the #2 and #12 together. Fogs work all the time, even with high beams on!

Does the #2 and 12 let you choose to have fogs on? Or are they just on all the time?

I thought the same about mine but have you tried pulling out your headlight switch when they are on the headlight option?
