I dont know where your buying it from but best buy or any stereo shop has plug and play harnesses that plug your stereo right into your trucks harness. Its not that hard you just have to know how to pull the stock radio out and then you need an install kit(plastic thing that fills the whole in where your old radio was). Its fairly easy esp if you buy the correct plugs. Then its usually plug and play type of thing.

I think you'll have to take the headliner out and run some rails or something to mount it to.

Oh i wasnt even in the ball park. Umm that could be a little trickier. Depending on how the mounting brackets are on that flip down, you could drop the headliner some and slide a thin peice of plywood into your headliner. Measure up how big you need and then just screw it into the plywood. If the plywood is thin enough it shouldnt hurt your headliner but strong enough to hold the flip down. Then fishing the wires and such are pretty straight foward. If you need any info on wiring it, id gladly give you the help if need be. Let me know and good luck!
