Default lightning up the truck

Is the anything I can do to my 4.2l to lighten it up? plus I want to clean up the engine bay to make it look nice. Anything? let me know show pics too if you want

Switch out as many pieces of body and bumpers with fiberglass ones would help

you can take off the a/c unit if its got one that will take off a good amount if you take everything for it off.

good deal if i take the ac off besides getting a new belt would it mess with anything else

no it shouldnt people do it all the time. mostly on car but im sure its the same.

im not sure what it weighs but its good size so i would say it weighs about the same as the starter maybe more if you take all of the a/c stuff off. p there than that and taking off some body parts like bumpers and replacing them with lighter ones. its 2x4 right?

If you remove the entire A/C system it would be at least 50lbs, plus the added benefit of less drag on the motor.

Oh also carpet and sound deadning material weigh a lot alos.
