I'm thinking about removing the fender emblems. Are they just on with adhesive? According to Fordemblem.com, "The fender and tailgate emblems have studs on the back, so you will not be able to cut all the way through". Does that mean the "studs" go through the fender? Thanks

 

They are just guild holes no clips

 

There are clips. I took mine off a few month ago and replaced them with the 09+ badges. There's two or three holes I can't remember, but two clips, and also adhesive.

 

I don't believe there was on mine. So hmmm. I'm confused.
