Default 2001 F-150 with rear blocks shock choice

I have an ‘01 F-150 Lariat 4X4. When I bought the truck I was told that the lift was front leveling keys while the rear has stock F-250 Superduty blocks. I am needing to replace the rear shocks does anyone run this lift configuration or know what type of shocks I need? The truck is more of a daily driver but does a lot of work on the farm. I attached a picture of the rear blocks. I am not very knowledgeable about this stuff let me know if you need more information I am trying to learn.

You're not giving a lot of info. A lot of these trucks came with blocks from the factory. Are you saying it's lifted then? How much of a lift? Do you have a picture of the truck you can post?

wow thank god I don’t live in the rust belt.
that looks to be a standard 2 inch block. Measure it just to be sure.

shocks I recommend would be rough country shocks or if you have money to burn then bilstein 5100s

with a tape measure the lock measures about 3.5-3.75 I am mainly needing a general extended length and the compressed length

On my '13 4x4, the stock block is 1.25". I'd guess yours were the same originally. 3.75"-1.25" means you need shocks 2.5" longer than stock.
