Farm Truck Resurrection

The Slider in my truck had seen better days and leaked so I decided to swap the solid backglass out of the donor truck:
Slider out:
Trim repainted and reinstalled:
Backglass in:
Smoked third brake light & new decals:
Swapped out my old dry rotted spare for a matching wheel and new tire of the donor truck:
Moved it under the carport to keep it out of the weather:

Picked up a set of Junkyard seats and center console for $100:
Seats mocked up:
Prepping the replacement motor w/ new water pump & thermostat:
Replacement motor in:
Motor finished up as of 2hrs ago:
Me and my buddy fired the motor for a second last weekend before I finished putting everything on it. Figured it'd be easier to get to something if it wouldn't start. Just need to bolt up the exhaust, put the transmission/t-case cross members back in, put rear driveshaft back in, and fill up with coolant and she'll be ready to fire again and run to operating temp and see how everything is working. Then I'll drain the oil and put fresh in.
From there I still need to get new floor for the interior, fix the odometer, replace some blown cluster bulbs, fix the door ajar switched, install a new stereo and reinstall the trim and headliner in the interior. Outside of the truck it still needs an exhaust as the old exhaust rusted off behind the muffler, needs a new windshield, rusted cab corner replaced, and I'd like to put a bed liner in it. So she still likes a lil' bit but she's getting there!
Also, the reason I had to delay the project is on Oct. 19th I got married. So I've been spending a lot of time with my wife and plus as cold as this winter was I couldn't really do much. But as soon as spring hit I was ready to jump back on it again. Thank you guys for being patient with me and hope you enjoyed the update and all the pics! There will me more pics and videos to follow!

This thing is looking great! Your cluster bulbs are the T10/194 bulbs, and the odometer issue is most likely a stripped gear. Some people have said that a gauge or two doesn't work after they fix the odometer, so they have to get another cluster. In your case, you can grab another 97-98 cluster and slap It in. In my case of removing the cluster, it meant a new custom gauge face! I'd try to snag the matching lightning corners also to give it a real nice look. Nice job again though!
And congrats with your marriage. Hope you two enjoy it!

Brightleaf_Auto, looks like you have been busy.
Looks good.
I wish I had re-painted the back window surround when I fixed my window leak, but I was rushed for time to get the leak fixed.
