Default F150 won't turn over

2003 f150 5 speed truck started fine in the morning after work 8hrs later it had a hard time starting but turned over after 3 try's 2hrs later wouldn't turn over. Had someone jump me truck turned over no problem. Battery test said 530 cold starting amps. Anyone have an idea of what it could be?

It sounds like a starter issue to me. I would check your connections at the starter to make sure there are no bad or loose wires. If those check out, it may be time for a starter.

Have you checked the alternator output? Also something could be draining the battery. You didn't say how cold it was. 530 cold crank amps may not be that much if it's cold, and a big engine. I try to get the biggest battery I can for my 351. It always starts, but it has a tough time until it gets past the first few compressions and starts spinning. Starting in the morning and not later on sure sounds like a battery being drained, either by not recharging, or by something draining with the engine off. Lots of things to check before you even get to the starter.
