as far as the bolt up, they're a perfect match to stock. But there is some very minor cutting that has to be done to the brace in between the bed walls. About 1inch notch had to be cut to fit the socket and you have to change the reverse light wiring go a 194 pigtail (cheap & easy though) other than that they'll fit right up
