You need to tap a few holes (they are already there, just not threaded) and make sure you get the entire mounting hardware for the front console.
I looked into the electronics and it is waayy too complicated many of the variables will not work with my harness at all

I won't touch the back seat for now as it has a blanket over and the 1/3 is lifted up permanently for a sub box. But no, no expy seat will fit In the back of a supercab. However the later style 01-07 Superduty lariat supercab seats and 97-03 lariat f150 are a direct bolt in for the back.
I will probably just recover them since the backs are easy and cheap.

thanks, waiting for email back. $400 sound fair for both seats, center console, and mounting hardware? Should I try to snag the power harness as well?

You want everything under the seat. You will need the pigtails, also should be relatively simple for the power and seat heaters. Remember to use a battery feed for both. Each motor pulls about 15amps with load, and the heater uses about 15-20 amps. Have it fused accordingly.

thanks, but the guy called me and said the seats weren't available...that would have been nice to know in the first email
Someone put a deposit on them 2 months ago and he won't let them go. I told him call me if he changes his mind. He said " yes I'll call you if he dies"
