I would look and see if it is or not and if it is I'd go with maybe a 14" body Magnaflow muffler. It'll be louder than stock without the drone a chambered flowmaster makes

I'm fairly new here and have been learning a lot. You guys are real intelligent about these trucks. I have a question for you guys. My truck is a stock 02 SuperCrew 5.4 and I've been looking into changing just the muffler (maybe add a tip later on). I've read a lot about the Flowmaster 40 and Super 44 and I don't know which to pick. The YouTube videos I listened to seem to make the 40 not sound to loud and the 44 pretty good. I don't want a loud abnoxius drone inside the cab either.
In short...I'm 16 and want a louder truck, but I'm not a knucklehead that wants to be heard a mile away, just a nice V8 rumble. So what do I choose. Thanks in advance!

2002 4.6L. Magnaflow 5x8x18 SI/SO 2.5in oval body muffler welded in place of old muffler. 3.5"x9" tip.

16 an got the same truck. Got the two big cats cut out and the muffler cut out. Its very very loud but still doesnt have an obnoxious drone inside the cab ive been told plenty of times i have one of the best sounding trucks around town. I aint a knucke head either. But just cut the muffler out add a Y pipe so you have two tips on each side and it should sound pretty damn good cause it wouldnt be too loud unless you take the two rear cats out like me. Just never take out all your cats and no muffler

I was thinking of going that route because it's the cheapest, but I don't want anybody to start crap with me (CT SUCKS).BrowningScrew- Do you happen to know the part number for your Magnaflow? I like the way yours sounds.
