If you weren't in that tunnel all I would've heard was engine noise. Way too quiet for me, but that could be what you were going for haha.

Of course I guess anything is quiet when I am used to true dual straights.

Today I had my Flowmaster cut off and had a Magnaflow welded in place of it. No cats, 2.5 tubing, 3"x12" tip. No more cackle, it has a small amount in the video, but in regular driving its not even there, sounds great, I'm team Magnaflow all the way now lol

Sounds awesome. Maybe I should out a muffler on to take the crackle away.. Although I love the crackle when shifting gears

Damn, -this is a great thread!

Good spot for this one, -

Nothing special on the exhaust. This is just the sound of a little head work, big cams and base tune. Not mine, had it saved cause it's a little different lol.

I have a 2002 fx4 5.4 with the rear cats and muffler cut out. So its just two precats then the pipes connect and run back to about the axle and split off into a Y pipe with about 4- 4 1/2 inch tips. i was wondering how much change would i get if i cut the pipes out at the cats and put true duals but leaving the precats on there. How much louder would it be and would it sound better or worse? It already sounds pretty dang good.
