ALA the 02 had a Modular in factory..then yes. If the O2 came with a Essex it'll be much more difficult...not worth the effort, man hours vs selling it and locating a carcass with a modular platform.
Stick with the 02 harness and PCM and again IF it had a modular. Custom Tune the 02 PCM to run the lightning motor.... Talk with a tuner.
The 4r70w will have to be built, most likley fairly quickly...depends on your foot. Won't hold up for long. Have a build plan in place..
Other than that, since you haven't mentioned the motor you're are replacing.....If it was a 4six, then you'll need a little bit of exhaust work done for the Y to bolt up to the 5four. A coolant tap as well.
Not a bad swap if you stick to what's suggested above.
